Welcome to the City Clerk!

Reporting to the City Council, the Office of the City Clerk is responsible as the administrator to the legislative function of the City and is the official record keeper for the City of Lowell.

The City Clerk is also the official keeper of the City Seal, provide Notary Public and Justice of the Peace services, issues various licenses and permits and manages the City's Dog Licenses.
