I. Elections of Officers
The commission will elect members to fill officer positions as defined in the by‐laws.

II. Home Energy Efficiency Team (HEET) program
The commission will discuss the recent presentation from HEET members from Cambridge,
focusing on whether this program is adaptable to for Lowell and if so how to move forward with
implementing a program.

III. Green Communities Program Update
An update will be provided on the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) Green
Community Program. Progress on the City of Lowell meeting the 5 criteria required of
municipalities to meet in order to achieve Green Community status as well as the timeline for
submission to make green community status and grant funding applications.
