I. Energy Efficiency Incentives
An update will be provided for energy efficiency incentives currently under development for
building retrofits in Lowell. General elements such as eligibility, incentive type, and timeframe for
implementation will be discussed.
II. Sustainability Plan
Next steps will be discussed for the Sustainability Plan including compiling feedback from the
steering committee and developing a public outreach plan.
III. Green Building Curriculum
The Commission will review draft green building worksheets and handbooks developed for the
Lowell School Dept. The proposed materials will be used for a pilot program to initiate green
building and sustainability principles into the school curriculum.
