19 Jackson Street
The Board will review a request by Jackson Street Associates, LLC and College Street Management to
accept a minor change to the Special Permit granted for the residential development located 19
Jackson Street, currently known as Loft 27. The project was originally proposed as a 176 residential
unit conversion of an existing mill building with the Special Permit issued by the Planning Board
referencing 172 units. The project was constructed and occupancy permits have been issued for 173
units. The Board will review and decide if the alteration warrants a minor change and amendment to
the existing Special Permit or if the additional unit constitutes a substantial change and should proceed
through a full hearing process.
86.1 Bernier Street – Special Permit Extension
The Board will review a request by Women in Transition for a six-month extension of the Special Permit
previously approved by the Planning Board during the meeting held March 20, 2006. The project includes
the extension of Bernier Street in order to provide adequate frontage for three (3) residential buildings, each
containing two (2) units for a total of six (6) units. The project required Site Plan Approval, Definitive
Subdivision Approval, and a Special Permit issued by the Planning Board.
