The Planning Board will elect officers for the 2008/2009 Board Year. Positions to be elected include Chairperson,
Vice-Chairperson, Second-Vice Chairperson, Representative to NMCOG, Representative to the Historic Board, and
Representative to the Green Building Commission.

318 Bridge Street – CVS: Review of Proposed Signage Plan (Continued from last meeting)
In accordance with conditions placed on the Site Plan Approval for the above listed project, the Planning Board
will review and the proposed sign plan from the applicant for the CVS currently under construction at the corner
of Bridge St. and the VFW Highway. The plan includes the design, size, and location of signage proposed on the
CVS building, a 20’ tall x 12’ wide pylon sign located at the corner of Bridge Street and the VFW Highway, and
four (4) signs providing direction for vehicular circulation onto and through the site.
