In accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, and the City of Lowell Wetland Ordinance Chapter 31 Section 54.1, The Lowell Conservation Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday August 5, 2009 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Division of Planning and Development Conference Room on the second floor of the J.F.K. Civic Center, 50 Arcand Drive, Lowell, MA.
