Wetland Ordinance Chapter 31 Section 54.1, the Lowell Conservation Commission will hold its regularly
scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the
Department of Planning and Development Conference Room on the second floor of the J.F.K. Civic
Center, 50 Arcand Drive, Lowell, MA.
