I.
UTEC – Green Building Case Study
Gregg Croteau Director of the United Teen Equality Center (UTEC) will be on hand to discuss their
building expansion project and their experience in seeking LEED Certification through that process.
II.
Environmental Subcommittee Meeting Report
Chairman Turcotte will provide a summary of the feedback received from the City Council Environmental
Subcommittee. Chairman Turcotte, Jay Mason, and Bob Gagnon participated in a subcommittee hearing to
discuss the Year-In-Review report and short-term goals/priorities
III.
GHG Inventory / Climate Action Plan
Aaron Clausen, Associate Planner & GBC Administrator will bring the Commission up to date regarding
the Green House Gas Inventory, and will present a proposed work plan for developing the Action Plan. He
will discuss how the Climate Action Plan will help provide reporting support to the Department of Energy
for expending Energy Efficiency and Renewable Block Grant funding.
IV.
Commission Representation: Getting to Zero Competition
The Commission will select a member to represent the Green Building Commission on the selection committee for the
Getting to Zero Energy Challenge.
