I. Annual Report
The commission will review the final draft of the annual report and approve for distribution, and
will discuss a timeframe and steps to provide the update to the City Council.

II. Green Building Award
The Commission will review and finalize draft summaries of the winning entries to the Lowell
Green Building award, awards, and determine timeframe for presentation during a City Council
meeting.

III. Weatherization program developed by Home Energy Efficiency Team (HEET)
Audrey Schulman from HEET, a Cambridge based non‐profit organization that works on home
weatherization, will provide an overview of the home weatherization program that has been
implemented in a number of cities and towns. They commission will be looking at ways that a
similar program may be implemented in Lowell.
