Pawtucketville Neighborhood Plan
The Department of Planning and Development worked with Pawtucketville residents, business people, and other stakeholders to create the Pawtucketville Neighborhood Plan, as directed by the City Council and the Comprehensive Master Plan in Chapter 12. The goal of this plan is to create a shared vision for the future development of the neighbohood, and to set policies and guidelines to implement this vision.
After nearly three years hard work and dedication, the Pawtucketville Neighborhood Master Plan is complete! The planning process included regular meetings with a Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC), as well as community participation events to allow the general public to guide the plan's development. On November 21, 2006, the Lowell City Council voted unanimously to endorse the 2006 Pawtucketville Neighborhood Master Plan.
The final draft of the Pawtucketville Neighborhood Master Plan is available: 2006 FINAL Pawtucketville Neighborhood Master Plan
