Request for Proposals for Federal Entitlement funds for the 2010-2011 fiscal year will be available beginning Monday, November 30, 2009. Completed proposals are due by 12:00 PM Noon on Friday January 15, 2010.

Please note: The City will accept applications for HOME funds on a rolling basis and will begin reviewing proposals on January 22, 2010. Applications are available beginning Monday, November 30, 2009. Parties interested in receiving an application packet should contact Allison Lamey at alamey@lowellma.gov or 978-446-7200. Interested parties are encouraged to check this site frequently for the current level of HOME funds available.
