Home Repair and Rehabilitation Through our Home Rehabilitation program, we offer loans to low and moderate income homeowners to be used for fixing up their homes. |
Lead Paint Removal We work to stabilize code related problems in the City by encouraging and funding the removal of lead paint through our Lead Paint Abatement program. |
