Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals is responsible for reviewing the decisions of the Commissioner of Inspectional Services in regards to the interpretation of the building and zoning laws and denial of requested variances. Their duties include: hearing and making decisions of appeal applications, variances and special permits under zoning laws.
Five (5) Members and two (2) Associate Members are appointed by the City Manager to a five (5) year term. City Council Confirmation is required.
