The Board’s staff is comprised of preservation professionals who can provide guidance and assistance in a variety of areas.  Please feel free to contact the staff with any questions or concerns.

We are located on the second floor of the J.F.K. Civic Center next to Lowell City Hall in downtown Lowell and are open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.  The following people comprise the administrative staff of the Board and will be happy to assist you.
