All meetings are held in the DPD Conference Room (JFK Civic Center, 2nd floor, 50 Arcand Drive) or Pollard Memorial Library Meeting Room (ground floor, 401 Merrimack Street) beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the second Monday of the month (unless otherwise noted, posted, or advertised).
* Tuesday meeting dates due to 10/8/12 Columbus Day and 11/13/12 Veterans Day.
NOTE: Submittal deadlines are for those applications determined to be Major Development and requiring proper notice and public hearing. The Administrator will determine during the application and design review process if a public hearing is necessary depending upon the level of work proposed.
