Boards, Commissions, and other Advisory Body Opportunities
The City of Lowell encourages and promotes involvement by residents in the decision-making process through participation in a variety of boards and commissions. Serving on a board or commission can be a rewarding experience and an excellent way to contribute to the quality of life of the community in which you live or work. We rely greatly on the interest and involvement of those volunteers who seek a more active role in the functioning of their local government.

Please note that even though the specific Advisory Body that interests you may not have available opportunities at this time, the City would like to hear of your Advisory interests for future consideration!
Qualified applicants are encouraged to submit a cover letter (clearly specifying which Advisory Body they are interested in), along with their resume, qualifications, and any additional supporting documentation as follows:
