4) Hearing on the application for transfer of the all alcoholic beverages Restaurant license from McGinty's Sports Pub, Inc., d/b/a McGinty's Sports Pub, Dennis O'Neil, President, to Puff, Inc., Claude Charlot, President, for premises at 171 Lakeview Avenue, two exit doors on north side, first floor - lounge, kitchen, storage room, office. It is requested that Claude Charlot be approved as manager of record for Puff, Inc. The following minor license applications filed by Puff, Inc. - common victualler; entertainment in a licensed restaurant, live music, disk jockey, juke box; automatic amusement device.
