  • Hearing on the application for an all alcoholic beverages Restaurant license by The Middle Street Village, Inc., d/b/a The Village Smokehouse, Alan F.   • It is requested that Alan F. Kaplan be approved as Manager of Record for The Middle Street Village, Inc. The following minor license applications: common victualler, entertainment in a licensed restaurant for live music, disc jockey, juke box, and dancing; automatic amusement device.

  • Hearing on the application for alteration of premises by WKA Investments, LLC, d/b/a The Brewery Exchange, Wayne F. Brasco, Jr., Manager of LLC, all alcoholic beverages Restaurant licensee at 201-205 Cabot Street.

  • It is requested that the first floor dining and patio area be removed from the license premises: courtyard - 800 sq. ft. w. metal chain; 201 Cabot St. - 1st fl. - lounge, restaurant, kitchen; 205 Cabot St. - 1st fl. - 3 rms. for movie theatre, concession.

  • It is requested to add approximately 2700 sq. ft. of space to second level as a dining area at 205 Cabot St.

  • Hearing on the application for a malt beverages & wines Restaurant license by Slesar Bros. Brewing Company, Inc., d/b/a Lowell Beer Works, Joseph D. Slesar, President, for premises at 201-205 Cabot Street, unnumbered doors on Cabot and Hall Streets. Courtyard - 800 sq. ft. w. metal chain; 1st floor - lounge, restaurant, function rooms, kitchen.

  • It is requested that Joseph D. Slesar be approved as Manager of Record for Slesar Bros. Brewing Company, Inc. The following minor license applications: common victualler; entertainment in a licensed restaurant for live music, disc jockey, juke box.

  • Application by USA Auto Sales, Inc., used car Dealer licensee, Class II, # 719-B, for change of officers, directors, and for change of location. USA Auto Sales, Inc. is presently licensed for premises at 607 Middlesex Street, Danielle Coriolano, President, Treasurer, Director, Realdo Farias, Secretary, Director.

  • It is requested that USA Auto Sales, Inc. relocate to 93 Chelmsford Street, an open lot approx. 16,958 sq. ft. with office trailer approx. 576 sq. ft. There being a condition of a maximum number of motor vehicles for sale/storage is 75; no junk motor vehicles or parts thereof.

  • In addition, officer and director change: Realdo Farias, President, Treasurer, Director; Danielle Coriolano, Secretary, Director.

  • Presently, the licensee of record at 93 Chelmsford Street is The High-Line Group, Inc., Charles P. Fotopoulos, Pres., & John P. Fotopoulos, Treas., Clk., license # 721-B

  • Communication from Kenneth Lavallee, Superintendent of Police, dated March 24, 2008, a neighborhood complaint of disturbances at the Europa Café, all alcoholic beverages Restaurant licensee at 547 Central St.; a police inquiry with License Commission Office indicates that operating hours for Europa Café are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday to Saturday.
