                   REQUEST THE CITY MANAGER PROVIDE AN UPDATE ON

                   PHASE II OF THE ACRE REVITALIZATION PLAN

Regarding the above-mentioned motion, I have been in contact with Matt

Coggins, DPD Director.  Matt has sent the following attachment of the most recent Acre Annual Report submitted to the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) in complying with our annual urban renewal reporting requirements.  The report summarizes progress and outline tasks ahead.  The Acre Plan is in the final stages of implementation and the City has experienced great success with this model for urban revitalization and development.
