REQUEST TO MANAGER TO OBTAIN THE UMASS LOWELL REPORT REGARDING THE TSONGA ARENA

Pursuant to the above-mentioned motion I have attached a document that was provided the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.  This brief report outlines various issues identified by the University pertaining to the expectation and capital needs of the Tsongas Arena.
