‘Request the proper Agency clean the area of the Plain Street Exit Off-Ramp of the Lowell Connector.”

Regarding the above motion, please find the attached letter sent to Mass Highway requesting they address litter on property under their jurisdiction.  Additionally, the Lowell Parks Department will address and monitor the condition on Plain Street in the areas under the jurisdiction of the City of Lowell.
