Curbing on the corner of Westminster & Newbury Streets”
In regards to the above mentioned motion, T.J. McCarthy has investigated the address and reached the following conclusions. The topography of the yard is considerably lower than the street, leading to water run off from the street into the yard and driveway.
In order to correct this condition LDPW made modifications and repaved the area of roadway which meets the resident’s driveway. Additionally, the resident was advised to elevate the area of the yard abutting the street with loam and then seeded. These measures should decrease street run-off to his yard.
