On Street Parking

Information

General Parking:  On street parking offers a convenient way to conduct business, shop, eat, or play in the downtown area.

  • Parking meters and Pay by Space Kiosks are in effect Monday thru Saturday 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.  The Kiosks are very customer friendly, accepting any coin, credit or debit card.
  • To use a Kiosk, simply enter your parking space number, insert any coin or credit/debit card for the allotted time up to 2 hours (25 cents = 15 minutes), and take your receipt with you (you do not have to return to your car to place the receipt on your dashboard).  The receipt shows the date/space number and what time your parking space expires.
  • When parking at a parking meter, the meter should in front of your car.  Parking meters currently only accept quarters.  Please note that there are a few 15 minute meters in the down town area, these meters are identified by a gold dome and a florescent yellow sticker.
  • PARKING AT ANY BROKEN METER WILL RESULT IN A TICKET!
