Three ways to report Trash, Litter, Illegal Dumping & Dumpster issues

ISS - Trash, Solid Waste, and Recycling (General)

Purpose: Use this form to report various Solid Waste or Recycling complaints within the City of Lowell, such as: Pickup eligibility Timing of placement on the sidewalk Types, conditions, and content of containers used (not including Dumpsters) The "importing" or placement of refuse from properties other than the one being picked up The disposal of material at unmonitored or vacant locations The disposal of hazardous substances, bulk materials, appliances, and the like. 

ISS - Dumping or Disposal of Trash, Refuse, Hazardous Substances, Tires, Appliances or Furniture

Purpose: Use this form to report the illegal Dumping or Disposal of Trash, Refuse, or Hazardous Substances within the City of Lowell. This includes the "importing" or placement of refuse from properties other than the one being picked up, the disposal of material at unmonitored or vacant locations, and the disposal of hazardous substances, bulk materials, appliances, and the like.

HD - Dumpsters Issues

 Purpose: Use this form to report a concern about a Dumpster's location, condition, overflow, or collection (e.g., excessive, prior to 7am) within the City of Lowell.
