Youth Services
The mission of Youth Services is to attract the youth to the organizations and youth providers of Lowell, who in return provide quality, effective and efficient programs and activities.
Goals:

to improve and provide the services for all the youth in the City of Lowell.

to work with and communicate with the Youth Providers and other organizations of Lowell.

to coordinate youth services throughout the City of Lowell.
CITY OF LOWELL YOUTH COUNCIL
The youth council consists of 9 young people who are committed to engaging in the civic process to provide a voice and representation for the concerns of the youth of the community. The meetings are held every Tuesday from 3:30-5:00pm.
