Mission

The aim of the Mayor's Joint Youth Commission is to bring together the youth of Lowell, youth providers, community leaders, and elected officials to influence positive change on issues related to youth in the City of Lowell.

Goals

• To publicize the positive efforts of the youth in the City of Lowell.
• To provide a regular public forum for community wide information sharing regarding youth issues.
• To work in partnership with youth agencies, private businesses, community improvement organizations, and Lowell Parks and Recreation on programs that will further improve youth services, job opportunities, and recreation for the youth of the city.
