The City of Lowell and the Lowell National Historical Park invite you to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony opening the Western Canalway between Dutton Street and Broadway Street.
- The event will take place under the tent along the Suffolk Street portion of the canalway.
- There will be a brief speaking program followed by a "Canal Walk".
- Refreshments will be served.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held at the American Textile History Museum.
