Free adult flu clinic
It is that time of year again, flu season. The Flu, a very contagious disease of the respiratory or breathing system, is easily passed from one person to another by coughing and/or sneezing.

Remember to get your flu shot at the FREE adult flu clinic. Get the shot...not the flu!!!
There is no cost to you ever for this clinic. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance cards.
Pregnant women must have a Dr's note.
