When was the last time you cleaned out your medicine cabinet?  Protect the people we love and the environment we live in by disposing of all medications properly when finished. 

Join us Tuesday June 21, 2011 at the Lowell Health Department at 341 Pine St between the hours of 3:00PM to 7:00PM and dispose of your unwanted medications and sharps (needles, lancets and syringes).  For medications, please remove all information from bottles or place pills in a zip locked plastic bag.  For sharps, please place into a puncture, water proof sturdy sealed plastic container.  If you do not have a sharps container you can use a sturdy bleach bottle or something similar.
