Maxim Health Systems is providing a SEASONAL FLU clinic.
Maxim Health Systems is sponsoring a SEASONAL FLU clinic for children above the age of 9 and adults. Pneumonia shots for adults will also be available. If you have billable insurance there will be no cost to you so please bring your Medicare card and any other insurance cards. Please note there will be a $30.00 cost for the seasonal flu and $45 for Pneumonia shots if there is no billable insurance plan.
