Franky Descoteaux is married to Matthew Descoteaux, and they have two beautiful children, Micah & Skyler.  With the help of her husband, two amazing Managers and business partner, Franky owns and operates three small businesses in Downtown Lowell.  She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a BS in Business Administration;  Management of Information Systems.

Franky has lived in Lowell for 10 years, and in that time served on the Lowell Plan, Cultural Organization of Lowell, and Downtown Lowell Business Association boards.  She also served on the Race Relations Council, Citizens Advisory Board (City of Lowell), Citizens Advisory Council (UMass Lowell), and taught CCD at a local parish.
