As a result, the City is able to offer $12 million in Renewal Community Commercial Revitalization Deduction (CRD) to eligible businesses and developers. The CRD incentive enables businesses that construct or rehabilitate commercial property in certain census tracts to deduct the costs over a shorter period of time than permitted under the standard IRS depreciation rules (from 39 years down to only 10), thus helping small businesses and investors cut annual business expenditures significantly.
<dc:publisher>No publisher</dc:publisher>
<dc:rights></dc:rights>
<dc:type>News Item</dc:type>
