The goal of this service is to provide customers at each parking facility an added measure of safety and security during evening and nighttime hours. Security personnel have been assigned to the garages will meet you at the entrance or specific doorway of each parking facility and escort you to your vehicle.

To participate in this program, please use the following procedure:

1. Call Reliable Security, toll free at 1-800-228-3840 and advise the Dispatcher that you would like an escort to your vehicle.
2. Inform the Dispatcher which parking facility you are parked at, time you should arrive there, and the entrance you will be using.
3. The Dispatcher will contact the security officer on site by radio and advise him/her to meet you at the entranceway you selected and will escort you to your vehicle.

• Before midnight, dial 1-800-228-3840, ext. 0 to speak with the Dispatcher.
• After midnight, please dial 1-800-228-3840, ext. 350.
• If the Dispatcher is busy handling other calls, please leave your name, telephone number, and that you are requesting an escort. The Dispatcher will return your call within five minutes.
