New Parking Garage Technology
The City of Lowell Parking Department is implementing the latest in parking technology into the Leo Roy Garage on Market St.
This Facility will be operating with the latest state of the art parking access and revenue control systems. The upgrade will make for a more efficient operation of the facility for the convenience of the customers. It will also allow the City to operate this garage on a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week basis, to maximize the parking management of this parking garage.
The ribbon cutting for the opening was held on 01/27/05. Below are some pictures of the event.
