Division of Planning & Development Receives $3 Million Lead Paint Grant
The City of Lowell has been awarded $3,000,000 from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to produce 234 lead-safe units.
The City will give highest priority to units where children having elevated blood lead levels reside. Grant assistance will be available to income eligible owner-occupied and investor properties.
