The City of Lowell, Division of Planning and Development (DPD), is soliciting proposals for the use of HOPWA funds in the amount of $55,799 to be used during the 2008-09 fiscal year.   The HOPWA Program offers grants for activities providing eligible housing and related supportive services to low- to moderate-income persons with HIV/AIDS, and their families, throughout Middlesex County. 

RFPs for HOPWA funds are available beginning at 12:00 PM July 21, 2008 at the City of Lowell DPD, 50 Arcand Drive, 2nd Floor.  Completed RFPs are due at the DPD Office by 12:00 PM August 22, 2008.
