Notice of Public Hearing and RFP Availability for ESG - Homeless Prevention Fund
The City of Lowell, Division of Planning and Development is soliciting proposals for the use of ESG funds totaling $930,096 to be used for Homeless Prevention activities.
These funds are available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 for programs that benefit Lowell residents who are at risk of becoming homeless or to “rapidly re-house” persons who have recently become homeless.
A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available through the City of Lowell, DPD beginning 12:00 PM March 6, 2009 at the City of Lowell, DPD 50 Arcand Drive 2nd Floor. Requests for electronic copies may be made by contacting Allison Lamey at alamey@lowellma.gov.
Completed applications will be due Monday, March 23, 2009 at 12:00 PM.
