Request For Proposal - Section 8 Project Based Assistance Housing
The Lowell Housing Authority, the awarding agency, is seeking sealed proposals for Section 8 Project Based Assistance housing, as specified in RFP 2011-4. Proposal specifications will be available for pick-up at 350 Moody Street, Lowell, Massachusetts 01853 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, beginning on July 15, 2011.
They are also available on request on-line at http:// www.lhma.org. (click on the Request for Proposal link at the bottom of the home page and complete the information requested, completing request by pressing continue) Proposals are due back by noon on August 19, 2011. Note that there will be applicant briefing session on July 28, 2011 at 10:00 at the Mercier Center located at 21 Salem Street in Lowell, MA.
