The Lowell Regional Wastewater Utility and Department of Public Works request that residents and business owners clean any catch basins in front of or near their property.  Leaves, pine needles, or any other debris that may have accumulated on the grates, clogging the catch basin, and preventing the water from draining off the street. This will help alleviate any future drainage problems. With over 5000 catch basins in Lowell, efforts by residents and business owners to keep them clear are greatly appreciated.
