Comment on Lowell's Draft Master Plan: Sustainable Lowell 2025
Lowell's draft Comprehensive Master Plan provides a shared vision for the development of the City. It is the result of extensive efforts by staff from the Department of Planning and Development and other City departments, as well as significant input from a broad cross-section of community stakeholders. The City welcomes public comment on the draft between December 3rd and January 15th, 2013.
