As Lowell embarks on the process of updating it's Comprehensive Master Plan from a sustainability perspective, the city seeks community input in building a new vision for the future. Join us for a public presentation by the City's Department of Planning and Development to help launch the public outreach component of this update process. The presentation will highlight past accomplishments and present efforts to build a long-term, shared vision for citywide sustainability.
