Lowell Plan Unveils 2020 Vision for the Next Phases of Development in Lowell
At the Lowell Plan Breakfast, the Lowell Plan premiered a video that combines dramatic aerial footage of Lowell with computer models of future development projects to illustrate the anticipated growth and development of the City over the next several years.
The video features exciting new projects at UMass Lowell, Middlesex Community College, the Hamilton Canal District, the Tsongas Arena area, Tanner Street, and elsewhere. It encourages viewers to appreciate all of the promise that Lowell's economic future holds.
