Lowell Regional Wastewater Utility Traffic Alert 8/16 - 8/20
- Pawtucket Street It will be two ways from Aiken Street to the UML garage ONLY no thru traffic will be permitted past the UML garage. Only those with business on east campus will be allow onto Pawtucket Street using Wheeler Street (National Parks Maintenance Building Entrance) off Aiken Street a right just after crossing the Northern Canal Bridge. Wheeler Street will allow those drivers access to the Fox Hall parking lot. Speed bumps have been installed and 10 MPH speed limit will be enforced, this will be one way. To exit the parking lot turn left onto Pawtucket Street.
