Master Plan Public Opinion Report Now Available Online
Please visit the Master Plan Update website to view the Final Public Opinion Report, which summarizes much of the work that has been accomplished thus far in Lowell's Master Planning process and which provides an overview and analysis of the data that has been collected over the past year through a telephone survey, visioning sessions, and an online participatory planning tool, Community PlanIt.
