The City of Lowell is amending its FY 2003-2004 Annual Action Plan as follows:

$11,756.00 in CDBG funds is being awarded to the Department of Parks and Recreation.  These funds will be transferred from the South Common Pool project, which was completed under budget, and will be used to support a project to bring the Mack Building’s elevator into ADA compliance. 

 The City of Lowell is amending its FY 2005-2006 Annual Action Plan as follows:

For liability reasons, the Crowley Park improvement project will be completed as a partnership between the City of Lowell, Division of Planning and Development, the Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Highland Neighborhood Association, rather than a grant with HNA directly.
