The City of Lowell is amending its FY 2005-2006 Annual Action Plan as follows:

• HOME funds in the amount of $235,000 will be provided to acquire property at 49-50 Rock St. for the creation of affordable housing.  This project will be completed through the City of Lowell, DPD Acre Urban Renewal Plan. 

The City of Lowell is amending its FY 2007-2008 Annual Action Plan as follows:

• $1,419.91 in CDBG funds will be added to the Pawtucketville Youth Organization to be used toward construction management at LeBlanc Park.  

• CDBG funds in the amount of $35,500 will be made available for the construction and site work of a handicapped accessible dog park.  This project will be completed through the City of Lowell, DPD. 

• Additional CDBG funds in the amount of $10,000 have been made available to the City of Lowell, DPD Small Business Loan Program to assist local businesses and create jobs for low- and moderate-income individuals.

• $5,000 in HOPWA funding will be added to the Cambridge Cares About AIDS, Housing Opportunities for the Chronically Homeless program, to assist households with direct rental assistance.
