The City of Lowell, Division of Planning and Development, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at 6:00 PM at the Lowell Senior Center, 276 Broadway Street, to assist the City in preparing the One-Year Action Plan for FY 2007-2008.

Applicants will be given three (3) minutes each to present their proposals.  Anyone interested in speaking at the Public Hearing may sign up in advance by contacting Allison Lamey at 978-970-4252.  Time will also be provided at the end of the hearing for those who do not sign up in advance but wish to speak.

The City will provide interpreters for non-English speaking or hearing-impaired residents upon receiving a request at least four (4) days prior to the scheduled hearing date. 

The City of Lowell anticipates receiving Federal Funds (CDBG, HOME, and ESG) in the following amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008.
