Request for Proposals: Tanner Street District Brownfields Area-Wide Planning
The City of Lowell (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified urban planning, environmental planning, and/or planning and engineering firms (“Consultant”) to provide professional planning services for a Brownfields area-wide planning study focused on economic development and environmental remediation strategies for the Tanner Street District in Lowell, MA.
The project will assist the City is completing a Brownfields area-wide planning study with funding provided by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Proposals are due by 1:00 PM, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 16, 2011
