Floyd Street
• Removal and Resetting of Curbing.
• Grading sidewalks and driveways in preparation for pouring of concrete.

DOWNTOWN
Kearney Square Bridge replacement
• Current Status—work will resume on June 17.
• This project is expected to take 6 months and be completed by the beginning of September
• Construction will be done in two phases with two lanes of traffic and a sidewalk maintained throughout
• Traffic lanes will be narrow (9’ in each direction) but passable; care should be exercised when traveling through this area
• This project is being funded by Boott Hydropower, Inc., a subsidiary of Enel Green Power North America, Inc.

HIGHLANDS/SACRED HEART/BACK CENTRAL
Connector lights
MassDOT will be replacing 89 streetlights throughout the Route 3/Route 495/Lowell Connector area.
• Preliminary work including installing advance warning signs and filter tubes around catch basins and drainage ditches
• Construction will continue through the fall with completion expected by next summer.
• There will be intermittent night work.

PAWTUCKETVILLE/ACRE
Pawtucket Boulevard/Rte. 113
• Paving is expected to begin in front of the Water Utility (finished water main) in June

White Street
• Final clean up

University Avenue Bridge
• Pawtucket Street - Lane shifts for curb, sidewalk and signal work between University Avenue and Fletcher Street and at Merrimack Street and Salem Street–all week
• VFW - Eastbound shoulder/right lane closure at University Avenue, as needed–all week.

UMass Lowell University Crossing, 220 Pawtucket Street
Pawtucket Street at Salem Street
• There will be occasional lane closures on Salem Street over the next few months to support delivery of concrete, steel and other building materials

UMass Lowell University Suites
UML East Campus, 327 Aiken Street
• Existing sidewalks will be removed replaced
• Curbing modifications will be made on Aiken Street
