The Lowell Senior Center hosts our "On the Move" class on cable LTC Channel 8, Tuesdays at 1:30pm, Fridays at 3pm and Saturdays at 10:30am. Watch the first recorded workout on demand below, or search Youtube for LOWELL TELEMEDIA CENTER ON THE MOVE to see additional workouts.
LTC Channel 8 offers other cable fitness programming including:
- Yoga, Mondays 1:30
- Recovery Fitness, Tuesdays at 10am and Thursday at 9:30pm
- Tae Kwon Do, Wednesday 8pm
- Young at Heart, Wednesdays at 3pm

Pen Pals and Phone Pals programs are being developed for the fall. If you would like to be connected with a fellow senior / neighbor / volunteer to send letters, emails, or call weekly, please contact Glady at 978-674-1168 or email@example.com.
Alzheimer's/Dementia Caregiver's Support Group from the Chelmsford Senior Center via video conferencing. We meet on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 1pm.
